Sound healing, also known as therapeutic sound, or sound bath, is a practice that uses sound waves to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. It involves the use of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create vibrations that can help balance the body's energy and reduce stress.
Sound healing is often used in conjunction with other healing modalities, such as meditation and yoga. It has been used for centuries in various cultures around the world and is gaining more attention in the Western world as a complementary therapy. The most important factor in experiencing the benefits of sound healing is allowing yourself to be open to receive the experience and its potential benefits.
Sessions are available for group, corporate, and private individual bookings! Contact me for more information. Turn on your sound for a sample below.
